Potential Career Path
During their course of study, scholars will do internships with DeClout Group companies and stay connected with the latest happenings by joining DeClout’s group events.
As part of the internship, the scholar will have an orientation to settle in and learn about the Group's business. Scholars are given the opportunity to work on challenging cross business or departmental projects to help them discover what they are capable to achieve. They will network with leadership team to present an overview of the results of the projects they have worked on and celebrate their learning experience.
Upon graduation, scholars will be assigned to a department that leverages on their strength to work and further develop new skills with new experiences. The supervisor and mentor will be appointed to coach and identify areas for potential growth. Performance will be reviewed on an annual basis and based on merit performance and aptitude, scholars will be placed on accelerated development path to balance scholar’s career goals and succession planning of the group.
